After seeing the potential in Newcastle, we are keen to design, build, and operate a hotel on Newcastle Helix, adding the city to our portfolio of hotels across Europe.
This will be the first Moxy Hotel in the North East of England. A boutique-hotel concept, Moxy is a fresh and innovative brand combining stylish design at an affordable price, bringing a new style of hotel to Newcastle. The boutique hotel which will be located immediately to the south of the Lumen office building will feature café and bar uses with associated cycle parking.
